Titans

Watchers of the first moat, covered in eyes.

The watchch. 36

Through the first moat Yaldabaoth finds three titans with eyes between every slit of muscle fiber, twelve times taller than himself, each covered in seven hundred and seventy-seven eyes. Their purpose, says the one on the right, is “To see it through.” The center one judges: “We watch your pride unfold from your impurity for thirteen infinitudes.” The leftmost adds that his third mistake is his last, every time, and that “the denial will chase you to the furthest corners of your sanity.”

Swallowedch. 36

Yaldabaoth grows over them, “his height growing several times over their own three combined,” and his shadow swallows them whole, their souls consumed. Sinking in the tar, he finds that not even the titans can retrieve him, “for he swallowed their souls.”
